What the Witch Left

This is a story about two girls, Katy and Louise, who find a drawer full of things left by Katy's "aunt" Martha. At first the things seem quite usual -- a pair of gloves, a bathrobe, a mirror, a box, some boots -- but when the girls take the items out of the drawer to play, they get a lot more than they bargained for! The items are magical, and maybe Aunt Martha isn't what she seems to be either! This is one of BKL's favorite books -- you should read it too!
