Travels of Thelonious

Authors: Susan Schade and Jon Buller
Review Writer: Book Girl
This is a really good book! The cool thing about it is that it is part Graphic Novel, which means that part of it is like a comic book. It is about this chipmunk named Thelonious who can talk. He lives in a time after the humans were on earth. During a flood he gets whisked away to the City of Ruins where he meets a porcupine named Fitzgerald who teaches him to read. They meet a bear called Olive who is making a flying machine so that she can return to her home, a place called Fog Mound. Soon her machine is done and Thelonious and Fitzgerald want to go with her. Can they make it to Fog Mound even though all around it there are dangerous gases? To find out what happens, read the book.
